My order was never delivered my girlfriend ordered me some shoes and it says delivered but no proof of delivery

ZS28350053299 was delivered to Union City,California,94587 on Oct 31.

If you didn't get the parcel, you must be a victim of a complicated shopping scam. The cheater shipped some cheap junk to another address in your area because he/she needs a "Delivered" tracking result in order to get payment from online payment authority(paypal, shopify etc).
