Hello. The tracking info on this package states “Exception” and google translate of the comments indicates a return. Can you please assist me? I would like to receive this package. Did something go wrong? Can it be fixed? Thanks.

UT794467717CN was sent to airline to US on Dec 18. It was rejected by airport safety check point on Dec 17 but China Post sent it to airport again on Dec 18. not sure if it can pass safety scan this time. you need wait one or two more weeks to see new status.
