My package is On Route since the 7th of March 2020, can you find out when i might receive it. Tracking number is RV359907495CN, has it even left China yet?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel RV359907495CN was shipped from Dongguan to Ireland on Mar 7. it is still in China.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to Europe. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
