Hi I recently made a purchase online I’m just wondering if you could help me get f it had left China yet as I paid for fast shipping 5-10 working days I made the purchase on the 5/08/2020.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ236023295CN shows the parcel was sent to guangzhou sorting center on Aug 12 , normally it will wait about 2 to 6 weeks to catch flight to UK. you need some more time. If your seller promise 5 to 10 days delivery, he is misleading.

Once the parcel departed on China then arrive in UK, the below website will update the arrive info.

And after it arrive in UK, it should be handled by Royal Mail, you can track it base on the below website.
