Hi - Can I please get help in tracking my parcel. It has been in transit for over a month.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX089221884CN was shipped on APR 5 from China. It was sent to shanghai airport on April 8 and is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to UK.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives UK, UK Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
