Hello, hope you guys are having a great day, my questions are, where is my package? I am confused since the USPS tracking app has been on Pre- Shipment for so long, I have asked some guys from the USPS over the situation and they say they are still receiving mail from china. So I wanted to ask if you guys can update me on the status and where my package is at? and if you guys had an estimate for arrival since I'm pretty confused.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY030835573CN was just shipped from Fuzhou to USA on Mar 30. It is still in China

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from China. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

Ok, thank you very much
So aside from this delay, there should be no issue right, the package should arrive, just delayed because of the coronavirus
