My parcel has still not arrived with tracking number UT279636896CN and the last update was September 2019 can someone please help and tell me ware my package is as a have emailed the sender and thy are now not replying to my emails at all thanks stuart

UT279636896CN was shipped half year ago. If you did not get it, it must be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for refund if it is not too late.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS049344249CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
