It's about the delivery with the tracking number: LB779534604DE

The status is "Item presented to import Customs" at Beijing since 2020/2/25. What can I do to get information about the delivery? Is this delay normal or is there a problem?

LB779534604DE is in China Post Beijing office 北京国际邮件处理中心. It has safety problem and can not get airline space. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup this parcel.
