my order is still on Airline departure Beijing since January 14

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LE079662649CN left Beijing for Morocco on Jan 14. Normally such ePacket parcel will arrive destination in 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel is very likely to be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get the parcel by Feb 20, please open dispute to seller for refund.
