Hello, can someone help me with tracking. The last update I can see is January 17,2020 with no update at the time of this post on February 10, 2020.

UT889010856CN is my tracking number. The items was ordered December 29, 2019.

UT889010856CN arrived SFO airport on Jan 17.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. In addition, China Post does NOT pay USPS to scan such parcel after it arrives US customs, so you can not know its current status and location. it could be still on the way, it also could be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund. otherwise keep waiting.

china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
