I ordered a grill on the 30th of July 2019. It has yet to arrive and the tracking number shows it in San Francisco, California. The USPS shows that it was delivered to a completely different address in a totally different state. What can I do?

Obviously your seller did not follow your order and printed wrong address in the parcel .

If you paid with paypal/Ali Express, you need open dispute for refund.
