Can someone help me find out the exact location of my package it’s been almost a month EV815434711CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=EV815434711CN shows the parcel was returned in Shenzhen customs on Nov 15. Not sure if this is caused by mistake.

I suggest you wait another 2 weeks, if you can not get it by Dec 15, open dispute for lost parcel.
