Hi, below are my items shipped by supplier using Chinapost, however items are not yet arrived and no status updated since April.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows all these parcels are still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight to Malaysia.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Malaysia. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives Malaysia, Pos Malaysia website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.

is there any estimated on how long to wait till parcels are moving from Guangzhou airport?

Our stat shows Guangzhou and Shenzhen branch have the most serious delay in China Post system. I believe you need at least need wait another 2 to 4 weeks.

Is there any initiative by chinapost to overcome this problem? As most parcel are much delay to arrive

China Post has started to solve the delay problem. Since later April, China Post began to rent more cargo airlines and railway space to ship goods oversea. Now new parcels are becoming faster than before. However, some old parcels which were shipped in Feb and March are still suffering delay.

Your parcels are in guangzhou area which has worst delay in China Post system. You need some extra patient to wait these parcels.

But my parcel are shipped in April, but still have no updated status and stuck at Guang Zhou
