Hello,
I've send a parcel with goods on warranty to China. The tracking is CY282135064DE. The parcel has not moving for +10 days from customs. Can you check if it's just queuing or if there is a question? Receiver address is also written in Chinese, also the phone number of him, so I am wondering. You can also give us a number where he can call.

CY282135064DE arrived Shenzhen customs on Sep 13. It seems to have customs clearance problem.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline11185 , pay duty and pickup the parcel from china post shenzhen office.
