Hi I am unable to track my items that I have being shipped to Canada. Is there any way I can get an update about my items and when they will arrive?

RK895978105CN was just sent to airline on Jul 30.

Normally you should not use such register airmail to send parcel from china to Canada. Normally airmail from china to Canada is very slow and might take up to 3 months. To make thing worse, Canada Post does not scan China post airmail parcel, so you can not see any update after such parcel left China.

Next time you should use China Post ePacket(parcel number starts with L) to send parcel to Canada. ePacket is about $4 more expensive than airmail but much faster than airmail. Also it can be tracked in Canada Post website.
