My package said almost a month ago it departed from Guangzhou then 10 days ago it just said it again, how can I find out where my package is?

usps.com shows RV401065879CN just arrived USA. Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility.

You will get this item very soon.

yes. USPS website has the parcel lates status in USA:
