Dear Sir,

I expect from FEDREEM a shipment to Kuwait, as tracking # RV182880403CN.
more than 7 days. But tell now; and as track china post, it is telling there is no shipping record.
So, I need to know, If I'm going to receive my package, or is it a fraud by the dealer.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV182880403CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

payment transaction took place through (Visa) card issued in the state of Kuwait. not through PayPal/aliexpress.

Any advice

call your visa credit card issue bank and report fraud.
