I am worried about my parcel RN623305642GB as it has been stuck in Ghuanzhou for 9 days already. Can you please have a look?

RN623305642GB arrived Guangzhou customs on Oct 17 but never released there. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185, try to pay duty and pickup the parcel from Guangzhou customs.

Thank you for your reply but the receiver said there is nothing they can do and their post office was slow because it was busy.

it seems that your receiver does not want the parcel. You can not wake up a person who pretends sleeping.
