I was advised my parcel was dispatched from your company in october. Tracking number LZ922877182CN
I have tried tracking this number and nothing shows
I want to know where my parcel is

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ922877182CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
