Good afternoon,

I placed an order on 19th September 2026, order number 85911289.

I received an email advising of despatch, tracking number ZS23355676399, when I attempt to track order there is no update. I have not received any further correspondence from yourselves as to when I can expect delivery of item purchased and would be much obliged if I can be provided with an update.

Kindest regards
