The China Post tracking number AMTS000386771FS provided for order number #2934 does not work - an error code "number must be 13 digits". This order was confirmed Sept 27 and no further info was provided.

Please help!!

AMTS000386771FS is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called MTS. MTS website shows it was just sent to Hong Kong airport on Oct 15. It is on the way to Lebanon(about 2 to 3 weeks).
