The tracking sites say it left China on 1. Apr.
Do you have any updates on when it is going to reach the destination country?

LO933745412CN was shipped Shenyang on Apr 1st. It was delayed for one month in warehouse and was sent to Beijing airport on May 1st. It is still in Beijing airport waiting for flight to Italy.

Coronavirus has seriously delayed shipment to Italy. Our new stat report shows average waiting time to Italy is about 30 days, in some bad cases, shipping time might take 2 months.

If your buyer protection is expiring, please open dispute to seller for refund. You can pay back seller after you get the goods in future.
