Dear team,

Hope you and your family are doing well during this on-going pandemic.

I'm emailing to check on the delivery status for my product that I ordered back in March (4th March). I understand that there remains a huge delay in the products that were ordered back in March-May being delivered due to COVID. But as per the the tracking information, the product seems to have reached Australia on 22nd March at the local sorting centre. But, to date i haven't received the unit on hand. The parcel contains a lens pack which shouldn't have halted at any customs either.

Can you please urgent provide an update on this parcel ASAP? I really need the unit asap!

http://track-chinapost.com/track_cainiao.php?code=UW523258145CN shows the parcel arrived Melbourne on Mar 22. As it has passed so long time, If you have not got this item, it means the parcel is lost. You need open dispute to aliexpress for refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UW523258145CN shows the parcel was arrived in Melbourne on Mar.22, and no updates since then. I think this package should have been lost. Suggest you contact the seller or the website to open dipute for refund.
