AMTS000294262FS is the tracking number I have been given but China Post says only 13 digits. What part of this number is the valid part please?

AMTS000294262FS is not china post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent AMT. AMT website shows it was just shipped on Sep 13. It is on the way to UK
