http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ067400288CN was sent to Hangzhou airport on May 10. It is still in Hangzhou airport waiting for flight to UK.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives UK, Royal Mail website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
