Where is my order??? Will it be transferred to another carrier in Japan? It is late.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel RV384775845CN was shipped fromBeijing to Japan on April 9, it was sent to Shanghai airport on April 16 and is still in Shanghai.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to Europe. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
