Hi,

Can anyone tell me where is my item? It left Hong Kong airport on January 19th, but it seems it hasn't arrived to Madrid. Another item left Hong Kong on Jan 26th and It has arrived a few days ago.

Anybody can tell any news? Tracking number is RB899357384SG.

RB899357384SG has nothing to do with China Post. It looks like Singapore Post tracking number.

Some China seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel should arrive Singapore first, then transit to destination country through Singapore Post system.

Singapore Post system shows RB899357384SG left Singapore for Spain on Jan 19 . Normally such parcel will take about 2 to 6 weeks to reach Europe. You need wait some more time.
