What does logistics order has been created mean. Does this mean the parcel has been sent.
Is my parcel on the way. It has been 4 weeks and no update on tracking.

shows only result " "Order Information Received". It's meaning that your seller applied this tracking number from China Post , but never actually ship anything to you.
