Good morning,

I would like to follow up on my order purchased on April 4, 2020 I also paid the extra shipping to ship in 5-9 days... 30 days later on May 4, 2020 I have not seen or heard anything from the seller???? Please email me back and follow up on the my order. I sent a email to these two emails

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY122117114CN was shipped from Zhengzhou to USA on April 9. It was sent to Zhengzhou airport on April 15. It is still in Zhengzhou airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, USPS website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
