I am looking for information on a package it shows it's been in route to the US since 4/9/2020 I check Postal service on this end and there nothing received.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY120822096CN was shipped from China to USA on April 9 and was sent to Shanghai airport on APril 11. It is still in shanghai

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from shanghai. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
