I purchased a product from China. Seller gave me this tracking number LW301433195CN
Package was delivered to Fresno Calif. with no further address (mine).It was returned to China Post. Is this a scam just to provide a tracking number just to keep the purchaser happy?

You can not what is the intention of seller to print a wrong address in the parcel. It might be a mistake, might be a scam.

Either way, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
