http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO913906274CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Russia on Mar 17. It is still in Hong Kong airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to Russia. China Post has not enough airline shipping space. you might need 2 to 4 more weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
