Dear Sir or Madam!

I realy need your help, because I'm afraid that my parcel (LO888711821CN) have been lost during the shipment. 🙁
According to China Post my parcel handed over to Airlines on 13th of March, but returned back to the Shorting Centre on the next day. Since than there is no any update or information available. I would be really appreciated if you can help me figure it out what happened with my parcel.

LO888711821CN was rejected by Beijing airport on Mar 14. It seems to have something with copyright or safety problem. What is the item inside?

Computer parts: CPU + cooler.
I don't think it's copyright. I sent an e-mail to YOYBUY (taobao agent) cause I paid them for the shipping and they said if they got my parcel they will shipping it again.
The reason why I'm worried is that I don't know how can I get a refund if my parcel is lost. How can I know who make a mistake China Post or YOYBUY. 🙁

You should open dispute to the party(TAOBAO, PayPal etc) where you made payment to.
You have binding contract with them. So they should make sure you can get the goods or refund.
