Looking for some information on this package. There hasn’t been any updates since December 22nd.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO650658471CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Canada on Dec 22. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Canada Post system. Possible location is in Guangzhou airport or Canada customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Canada customs.

such ePacket parcel shipping time normally takes 2 to 3 weeks. Your parcel has some delay.

Once parcel is released to Canada customs, Canada Post website will show its local location in Canada.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.
