Good day,

Please support me, I have a pending order with the tracking number LO602709690CN, the problem is that I have been monitoring the shipment but it is not updated, I do not know where my order is or what the status is. I do not see any update since 12/8/2019 please support.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO602709690CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Guangzhou office to Mexico on Dec 8.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Mexico Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Mexico). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Mexico Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Mexico Post website will show its new status with Mexico location.
