Hi there,

I have ordered an item online 3 months ago and when it reached the destination country(Canada), it got returned back due to wrong address. When I check the current status now, the shipment been sent back to sender.

When can I expect back my shipment else, what is the procedure for refund??

Canada Post has sent it back to China , you will not get this parcel anymore.

You need ask seller send you another one and remind him to print correct address. If seller can not response to your request, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

Even I have sent an email long time back to seller but no response yet. How can I report this issue to Paypal as my amount been deducted by Paypal.

you can go to PayPal ->tool->resolution center to open dispute for refund.
