such ePacket parcel shipping time to Netherlands might take 2 to 3 weeks. Your parcel seems to be seriously delayed.

Once parcel is released to Canada customs, Canada Post website will show its local location in Canada.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.
