I would be very grateful if you could give me details of where my package(tracking number: LO117222358CN) is and when it should arrive in Israel.
It is very urgent to me.

LO117222358CN can not pass airport customs scan in Shanghai. It was returned to Yichun(shipper's city).

You need ask shipper re-ship the goods again.
