LE724728035CN is China Post ePacket.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LE724728035CN was just shipped from Wenzhou to Poland in early March. It was delayed in Wenzhou for one month.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Europe. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. LE724728035CN was sent to Shanghai on April 5. Not sure when it can catch flight from Shanghai. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
