What's up with the tracking number? This is my 2nd email with different tracking number and they have both failed. Nov 6th and the other nov 16th

Without tracking number, we can not know what is your problem.

From your message, you seems to be scammed by a cheating seller. If this is the case, You can open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
