The status of my shipment (CY730072328DE.) has remained unchanged for months.

It was sent from Germany on 7 July (!) and, according to the tracking information, there have been no updates since 22 July 2025.

This is an unusually long time.

Could you please check where my parcel is? The parcel arrived in China a long time ago and, according to the tracking information, it is at Chinese customs.

Can you help me, please?

CY730072328DE is still in China customs. The recipient has never made customs clearance. We believe the recipient doesn't want to accept the parcel and give you refund.

If you purchased the item from big marketplace like Aliexpress, TEMU, Amazon etc, please file a dispute against seller. If more than one buyer filed similar dispute, the seller will have trouble.
