Has not updated since 12/27. Will this package be delivered?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW343423061CN was shipped from guangzhou to USA on Dec 27.

Normally ePacket will arrive USA in 2 to 3 weeks. Your parcel might be lost or seriously delayed.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by buyer protection expiring date, please open dispute to aliexrress/paypal for lost parcel refund.
