http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX063937385CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Canada on April 20. It was sent to Shenzhen airport on April 22. It is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Canada. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Many parcel are experiencing terrible delay. You need some patient in this difficult time.

After parcel arrives Canada, Canada Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
