Hello, could you please help me? The tracking status of the parcel with the tracking No. LL877774128CN has not changed for almost three weeks. Where is the parcel? We are afraid it got lost. We are waiting for it since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL877774128CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Xiamen office to Germany on Dec 4.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Germany Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Xiamen ,China or customs warehouse in Germany). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Germany Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Germany Post website will show its new status with Germany location.
