So here are the 3 different tracking numbers I was given and I can’t seem to find any real info on any of them. I placed my order on the 3/26 and still nothing.

Ly061690658cn
Ut630572666th
Any help would be wonderful. Thank you for your time.

Ut630572666th is not china post tracking number. It looks like a fake number.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows Ly062070899cn and Ly061690658cn were shipped from Hangzhou to USA on Mar 31.

due to cover-19 virus, China has cancelled more than 90% international airlines. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. You need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.
