I have ordered a package 2 months ago, and still did not receive.
There is no fresh record on China Posta tracking.
Can you help and inform me where my parcel is?
tracking number is: RV391504763CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV391504763CN shows only result "Order Information Received". Your seller applied this tracking number from china post on Apr 18 but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.

Yes, I checked the same web page…
I wrote to the seller, almost one month ago, and I got this answer: "It seems we have to wait a few days ! As you can see on the green line it has almost reached your destinations." and they sent to me an updated tracking, showing green line and specified estimated delivery date as 24th May.
I can not attach an image here, but I would like to send it by mail, as there is specified that this information from China Post.
Can you please check once more if this information is true.
