Hello the tracking number is LW710985255CN

I ordered this October 3 with a promised delivery by October 16, I keep checking the website and it hasnt moved since October 12 it just says

Processed Through Facility
BEIJING EMS

What is happening here I would like to receive my package

LW710985255CN was rejected by safety check point in Beijing airport for many times. It was sent to airline again on Oct 13 then no update anymore. Normally this means the parcel is outside China Post system now.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
