This says it has been in Shenzhen, China since April 27th. How can I find out when it will be delivered?

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to USA is about 50 days.

Once parcel arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php will tell you arrival info in USA.

I had someone call China Post and they told them it was shipped to JFK on April 27th yet the website still shows it as in Shenzhen and USPS also shows it there. So what should I believe?

LS316746408CN is still in Shenzhen, not arrived USA yet. If it arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php will show arrival info.
