Hi I will Luke to know how soon will I receive my order I perched items march 9,2020 and I have not been updated to where’s my package.?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS285802819CN was shipped from Shenzhen to USA on Mar 31. It is still in Shenzhen airport.

Now coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china. So China Post has not enough shipping space to send parcels to USA. parcel will have 2 to 3 weeks delay, please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival data.

Hi I haven’t been getting any up dates for my order I ordered another item from somewhere else from that area and had received it in 4 days I ordered this item March 3 Where’s my package?

some later shipped lucky parcel arrives earlier. this is quite normal. It does not mean your old parcel is lost. no need worry. just be patient and wait.

LS285802819CN is still in China now. No new update available at this moment.
