I purchased an item over a month ago but still not received it from China to UK. The last tracking info says airline departure but what does this actually mean and when am I likely to receive it ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO817588049CN was sent to Guangzhou airport on Mar 9. This does not mean your parcel has flied to UK.

Actually coronavirus has cancelled over 80% airline space from China to UK. many parcels will delay about 2 to 6 weeks in airport to catch airline space. You need some patient.
